Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (No Refunds)

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, provided that:

• the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent; and

• the consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase and receiving immediate access to the digital product, the customer expressly agrees to the immediate delivery and waives the right to cancel, return, or request a refund.
